Do I own the holiday lights?
No. FreshLook supplies the lighting as part of your seasonal holiday lighting service. You are paying for the complete seasonal service rather than purchasing the lights themselves.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes. After the season, we return to professionally remove your display and organize the lights for storage so everything is ready for next year.
Can I choose the colours and design?
Yes. We plan the display around your home and your preferred look, including rooflines, peaks, windows, trees and other features where appropriate.
What happens if something needs attention during the season?
If your display needs attention during the holiday season, contact FreshLook and we’ll help get it taken care of.
When should I book my installation?
We recommend booking early. Installation availability becomes more limited as the holiday season approaches.
